i’ve been wracking my brain, what’s left of it, trying to figure out why in blazes the unordered list in my xml stylesheet is being improperly transformed into paragraphs - arrrggghhh!!!

why can xml be so simple, yet xsl be more complicated than it needs to be?

here’s the problem:

>> display:block renders the block nicely, but without the bullet style (disc)

>> display:inline renders the list nicely, but the bullets are out of alignment (bottom of text)

for the life of me, i can’t get the darned things aligned!

if anyone has been able to get a simple unordered list, complete with bullets, would you please post example code? you’ll get extra starfish points for it.
