So now we know who will and who will not appear in the 2008 TDF, and it is certain that this year’s Tour will be very different from years past. du-oh!

Who will not: Alberto Contador, 2007 yellow jersey winner who now rides with banned team Astana

Who will:

France: AG2R, Agritubel (Continental Pro), Bouygues Telecom, Cofidis, Credit Agricole, Francaise des Jeux

Spain: Caisse d’Epargne, Euskaltel, Saunier Duval

Germany: Gerolsteiner, Milram

Belgium: Quick Step, Silence

United States: High Road, Slipstream (Continental Pro)

Italy: Lampre, Liquigas

Denmark: CSC

Great Britain: Barloworld (Continental Pro)

The Netherlands: Rabobank

So now we wait.
