life is like the tide…it comes and goes on its own time

TDF 2010 Stage 1: Rotterdam – Bruxelles

Let the duel begin

I doubt anyone really expected Lance to win the prologue, all he had to do was place in the top 10, which he did. Now, will his body take him through the next 20 days just as well? Only time, and the mountains, will tell. Today’s route favors the sprinters, which Lance is not. Nonetheless, it should be a good day for a ride.

It’s the 4th of July in the USA, will Tyler Farrar win the sprint? Would be nice. 🙂

Bon anniversaire 65 Eddie Merckx!

It totally sux to crash just before the finish! Too bad for Cavendish. Wot – another pileup!

Petacchi is going to win due to another crash just meters to the finish. Could there have been a more catastrophic, chaotic sprint finish. Good grief! The major players may look okay, but this was nuts! Petacchi reportedly knows how to navigate through crashes near the finish line, hmmm…
